In the design of warehouse lighting, according to the visual requirements, the nature of warehouse operation and environmental conditions, through the selection and configuration of LED lamps, the working area space should have a reasonable illumination, color rendering, appropriate brightness distribution and comfortable visual environment.

We can consider these factors first:

1) energy saving: realize the intelligent control of the lighting system, adopt two-way lighting in the warehouse, one can be closed in the daytime and two can be opened at night;

2) safety: lighting lamps with dust-proof, corrosion-proof and explosion-proof performance shall be used to ensure the safe operation of lamps;

3) long life: the warehouse should not replace lamps frequently to avoid the increase of maintenance cost in the later period, and choose lamps with long life and high stability;

4) height of warehouse: common warehouses are 4-6 meters for low-level warehouses, 6-15 meters for middle-level warehouses, and more than 15 meters for special high-level warehouses;

5) height of shelves: the height of the shelves in the middle-level warehouse is generally 2 meters, while the height of the shelves in the middle-level warehouse is generally 8 meters

6) illumination requirements: in order to clearly identify goods and labels, the minimum brightness to the ground shall not be less than 80lux;

1-3 elements relatively speaking, as long as we choose the LED products of honest merchants and supply according to the parameters agreed in the contract, there will be no problem. For the products with three-year warranty, it is recommended to use Sanan and Jingyuan as the light source brands, Purui and Kerui as the light source brands, Dongling as the power source for the products with three-year warranty, and Mingwei or infield as the products with five-year warranty.

The most important thing is to lay out the position of lights according to 4-5 elements, i.e. according to the height and placement position of the shelves, to ensure that each channel has enough lighting, and to analyze and calculate the required power of LED lights through professional lighting simulation software, so as to meet the illuminance requirements of element 6.

We use the most common warehouse height of 4-6 meters to see a case. The customer requires that the illumination on the ground be 120 lux. We recommend to use 50W led industrial and mining lamp, 90 ° lampshade. If 80W is used to the ground, it can reach 160 lux. The span between the lamp and the lamp is 5-6 meters.

The most common warehouse is 9-12M. For example, the height of a warehouse in Amazon is 12M, and the height of the shelf is 8m. They require energy saving, power saving, safety, and long service life of lamps. Because of the high shelf, they require that the lighting at the top of the shelf should also be very good. We recommend using 150W fin type industrial and mining lamps, with a 120 degree light-emitting angle, and the installation height of lamps: 9.5m, when the height from the ground is 75cm The intensity is 150lux, the illumination is 240lux when the height is 6m from the ground, and the span between the lamp and the lamp is 6m.

When determining the warehouse lighting scheme, the special requirements of different types of buildings for warehouse lighting should be considered, and the relationship between lighting and natural lighting should be handled well. Efficient light source lamps should be used, construction funds should be used reasonably, and the lighting quality of the warehouse should be improved.
